ADA Assistants
Guests with limited mobility who would like assistance may request transportation to their seat from the gates via a wheelchair from an ADA Assistant. This service may be requested from any entrance gate staff member.
Alternative Format Materials
This brochure is available at any Guest Relations Booth on computer disc.
Assistive Listening System
The New Meadowlands Stadium has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). Headsets and receivers are available at no charge at Guest Services. A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit. Guests who choose to bring their own headset and receiver may access the system on a standard FM broadcast.
ATMs
Accessible Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are located on every level.
Captioning & Description
All integral game information is captioned on our video screens. Game description is also available through our assistive listening system.
Concession Stands
Every concession stand and bar is accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is required at any of the food service areas, please contact the nearest staff member.
Guest Services
The New Meadowlands Stadium Guest Relations Booths are located on Concourse 1 near sections 124, and 149 and on Concourse 3 near sections 303, 324, 328 and 349. Additionally, there are booths located on the East and West Plazas. The staff at the Concourse 1 and 3 Booths can dispense assistive listening receivers & headsets and alternative format materials. The staff at all of the Guest Relations Booths are trained guest service personnel.
Elevators
Elevators for guests with disabilities are available in The New Meadowlands Stadium at the northwest, southwest and northeast corners of the stadium. There are also elevators located at both premium seating entrances located on the east and west sides of the stadium to access the various premium seating locations.
Emergencies
The New Meadowlands Stadium personnel have been trained in proper emergency preparedness.
Interpreting Services
Patrons requiring interpreting services for concerts should contact our Guest Services Department no later than three weeks after concert ticket sales begin.
Parking/Drop-Off
Accessible parking is located in Lots E, F and G. Currently, the dedicated drop-off area is located in Lot C adjacent to the Verizon Gate. On site signage and staff will direct guests to Lot C from all Stadium roadway access points.
Ramps & Escalators
Code compliant public ramps are available in The New Meadowlands Stadium. These ramps are located at the north and south entrances. Public escalators are located at the east, west, northwest, northeast and southwest entrances.
Restrooms
All public restrooms are accessible to our patrons with disabilities. Family restrooms are also located on every level in the building.
Service Animals
Animals are not allowed in The New Meadowlands Stadium, however, an exception is made for patrons with service animals. Please contact our Guest Services Department if any accommodations are required.
Smoking
The New Meadowlands Stadium is SMOKE-FREE.
Telephones
Accessible public telephones with TTY capabilities are available outside each Guest Relations Booth. An additional TTY telephone is available in the Guest Relations Booth located in section 149.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating
The New Meadowlands Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating with enhanced sight lines on all levels. Be advised that Stadium personnel reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
